We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy on all VortiPower products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. 1-Year Product Quality Warranty

VortiPower products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering any defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any quality issues within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
